"I liked working for KMA as they treated everyone as if they were family. This in returned drove everyone to excel within."
What don't you like about working at KMA Network Systems?
"I do not work at KMA anymore as our main client decided not to renew our contract after 15 years. We lost the contract to an India based company. I liked working on trouble shooting. Figuring out the gaps in engineering and producing the remedies. I also enjoyed assisting the new writer as they got stuck on a program (Ex Word, Corel, AutCad, Etc)."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Although I was part of the management team, I suppose looking back now I would have recommended seeking other business and not having our one egg in one basket."
