"The people there are nice and funny. There are two good managers there that help the best they can. The general manager is not the best with some stuff but at least she is trying and will write people for whatever reason even if they are late most of the time or even calling out. She also has favorites and there are some lazy people most are gone but there are still some left."

"don' waste your time and effort,there are more pleasant jobs that pay minimum wage and don't give raises"

"the general mgr at my store is abrasive,disrespectful-verging on mentally ill,but when the higher ups come in,she is sickening sweet-completely faking it"

"stop the the name-calling,stop barking commands at the people who already know what to do,get rid of the dead weight"

"Really check management references better. Then maybe have a cashier or cook watch them to insure they are not bullying so to speak. Surprise inspections happen on cleanliness and inventory. Why not on your management."

"Not able to move up or excel with responsibilities, wages, or benefits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the bad apples of the bunch. Those that throw their weight around to the smaller people. Not allof us are management material but could probably do it better then some. April in the valley al store"

"Learn all the knowledge of running a restaurant in the manager position with Krystal, than seek employment with a company where there is no end for growth opportunities."
