"I love being a lead manager, as I have total control of my studies, from developing of eCRF to launching first patient in the clinical trial to database lock. I also interacted with cross functional teams and clinical sites.Understandably, at times I started my day at 6:00 am to train sites in Sweden and SA. I worked beyond my 8 hours each day! Managers basically micromanaged us, instead of treating us as professionals."
