Manufacturing allows you to understand the entire scope of a company's product realization process from an engineering role. Monotony simply does not exist in the role of a Manufacturing Engineer, which to myself makes an attractive position."
"One of the most important qualities that I've learned from this job is to be a people-person, to be friendly, talkative, and willing to communicate. In the manufacturing world, you come across many different personalities. You need to be able to get along with people and to be able to get your point across. Also for a manufacturing engineer, having good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely way. The answer to any question is based on common sens"
