"I didn't have to answer to anybody. I was sort of my own boss. I developed my curriculum and lessons, went into class, taught, and got out of there when I was done."

"It is not too challenging. I want a job that harnesses my skills a little better so I can better help people"

"Be more involved in the day to day stuff. Try to make the programs themselves better and integrate the adjunct faculty a little more into the decision making."
