"Just be yourself. Its a great company to work for."

"Just the compensation. Moving up the salary ranks was slow and I had better growth opportunities at a phone company I had contracted with before. I just had twin girls a couple of years before and was eager to move my salary forward. Had it not been for that I would have stayed at NCH. I got to know some really nice people and enjoyed supporting them all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None really...they had a good business model and were quite competent in there business. Most folks had been working with them there entire career. The job market seemed more in my favor and I felt it was in my best interest to look elsewhere."
