"The company does have a bonus program as well as commission with a base salary. There are a few awesome people that work here."

"Listen between the lines during your interview, loud music is not conductive to phone sales, neither is no flex time or being required to stay late and come in early."
What don't you like about working at MultiView?
"Loud Music, Hostile Managers, working extra long hours, no encouragement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Happy employees produce more. Threats and consequences do not go as far as encouragement and recognition."
