What do you like about working at SAXOTECH?

"It is in FL and there is opportunity to get good experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to work a lot of extra hours and nobody is going to teach you anything. Don't expect any manuals or things to be updated so you can learn. You will be on your own most of the time."

What don't you like about working at SAXOTECH?

"Employee relationships, lack of organization, management of projects, never feel confident in job although I am very, very good in my career."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get organized and start supporting your employees and not making them feel as if they mess up or don't get something done they could be let go. We don't like working overtime until 2:30 am when we are paid salary."
