"It's good money for the actual work involved. It is not normally a high stress environment."

"The TSOs positions are really short term positions without competitive status. It's a parking space with a paycheck. You're a guest worker -"

What don't you like about working at FDIC?

"Performance is generally irrelevant. Everyone is out for themselves, technical skills are generally poor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Manage to performance, actually take the time to understand the work yourselves."

"Well, they preached all during my times there that you always had a place there and when I applied again after being away for a couple years I was rejected"
