"Balancing of work load but that's just the way public accounting is. Some people will tend to have more work because they do a more efficient job. But it's always a good idea to monitor the workload of everyone."

"Good old boy mentality still exists, top jobs go to the friends, it's all about who you know, not what you know. They do not follow their own values - DO THE RIGHT THING."
