"The autonomy to work as I pleased as long as my results were acceptable. The ability to work in an industry where there was no ceiling on how successful I could be."

"I liked the unlimited growth, chance to grow my own business within a business, picking market segments I wanted, and personally launching several very profitable marketing campaigns."

"I disliked the redundant training, which was time-consuming and kept me from the field, but it is a great company, and I understand the need for compliance."

"The reporting structure is several layers too deep. Managers had to produce as well, and it took their advice and expertise away from loan officers."

"The management team was unsupportive and not always on the same page with each other. You would ask 4 people the same question and get 4 different answers."

"How the owners of the company where very greedy with money and how they didnt want to pay us what we where worth. Instead they bought fancy cars and boats exc."

"Just beware of the division you apply for, and find out as much as you can on how it will be managed!"

"I disliked their work ethic. It was definitely not what I was used too or would expect from a big brand name firm like that."

"There is too much management. They do not listen effectively to their constituents at all, in any manner; if they did, it would ultimately help the prospective division/department."
