What do you like about working at Aria Systems?

"I liked the people there, from senior management on down. It was a small agency owned by long-time business colleagues including a husband and wife and they treated us like extended family."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know the industry, know the clients and know how to plan out a campaign, because they want people who know what they're doing."

What don't you like about working at Aria Systems?

"There was nothing I didn't like until I got laid off."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I hope their management skills have improved and they've learned that sometimes you need to overservice a client and NOT bill them for it."
