"The managers are disorganized, overbearing, and have no interest in the employees. All they care about is their paychecks."

"One thing I would do is try to work with the employees. Happy employees are more productive and have a better relationship with the company."

"Don't. Avoid at all costs. Unless you really need a job, and plan on still looking while you have this one, you don't need the problems off this job crushing you hopes and dreams."

What don't you like about working at Strack & Van Til?

"Everything. From rude customers, to even ruder management. They treat you as if you owe them something because they hired you. You Will get reprimanded and written up for everything possible. They will try to get you fired if they don't like you. The Union is a joke. You are paying them to basically screw yourself out of your own rights. And you must join in order to be hired."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire current management and replace with someone competent and who values human life more than the power he/she now has to bully people around. You work at a grocery store too, remember"
