"The management we had was professional, productive and orgenized at all times."

"We built a staff that was caring and worked with our patients to receive medications in a timely manor. Just the knowledge that someone would suffer if we didn't have medications to them and sometimes could be fatal kept us on our toes"

"Be ready to work long hours for the full fillment of others"
What don't you like about working at ICORE Healthcare?
"I really can't think of anything, it was a great company and going places"

"Work a little closer with all lower departments to move product faster and moral"

"Benefits were great, and there was union representation. Structure was good, dress code was casual... I learned a lot!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know that communication is lacking when it comes to the future of the company and the jobs. There's very little ongoing training and few opportunities for employees to learn about all the different jobs AT&T has to offer."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"Not enough positive recognition. As a supervisor there, I would have to use my own money for any type of recognition for my group. Upper management was never present. Too many jobs were sent out of the US, which meant that too many jobs were cut in CA."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep the employees employed - stop outsourcing! If outsourcing DOES need to happen, make sure employees are kept in the loop and know what will be happening in the future."

"Learning and doing something new every few months. Keeping the projects schedule to finish on time."

"You must be personable and have a strong willing-to-work attitude in order to succeed. My advice always is to treat the business as if you were the owner. That guarantees success."

"I thought there were too many supervisors who allowed their team to work at less than full potential and would be satisfied with such."

"I would have suggested to keep our center running since we were the most effective and most profitable centers in the country."

"Don't bother - high turn over rate. Work loads are unmanageable."

"Freedom to make my own decisions and take risks. Give perks to my TM's where safety was concerned."

"Be stong but fair. Keep an open mind. Terex is a company that wants to reduce waste in all aspects of it's buisness."

"GMs change here about every 2-3 years. Once you have worked with your GM, he either leaves to gets fired or quits."

"Stay longer and accomplish goals that were set. Support all depts."

"Train on-site staff to ensure work is accurate and complete."

"Make sure to ask a lot of questions in order to make sure everything is clear."

"I don't like the daily schedule, specifically the time of day and the total hours."

"Reduce the 16-hour days down to 10 to 12 hours."

"It's great exercise, being on my feet all day long."

"Turn around and stay unemployed. The pay sucks, the benefits suck, and morale is non-existent. I absolutely hate my job."

"It seems like they preach how safety is number one, but really they only care about numbers and hitting their planned goal, even if that means shoving 10 lbs. of s*** in a 5 lb bag. Or at least that's what it feels like every day."

"I'd do whatever I could to make the employees feel appreciated and happy."

"The job is very physical, which keeps me in shape."

"Don't. Just don't. Often you're given promises that don't amount to anything. Most of our young guys leave within a few months."
What don't you like about working at Canadian National Railway?
"Everyone is so disorganized and the management seems to change their minds daily. We are kept in the dark until they have already decided something. We're also told to put ties in at the wrong times and generally mismanaged on the job. Thank christ I'm retiring."

"Listen to people in the field. They know the problems with their track and they will tell you."
