"Keep an eye on the benifits and salary offered.Negotiate a bonus plan."

What don't you like about working at Avaya?

"not much growth oppertunities. No pay rise, bonus.No promotion either."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve the benifits. Offer few more benifits to their employees."

What do you like about working at NVIDIA?

"Very cool technologies. Energetic and knowledgeable co-workers. Good work environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask lots of searching questions. The interview that I did was technical only. There was nothing really about fit."

What don't you like about working at NVIDIA?

"I am a creative person. They did not require creativity for the position that I was in and so I felt limited and stifled."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to interview better. I thought I was going to be doing software development, but that was not the case."

"An above average place to work but lacks opportunities for advancement."

What do you like about working at Allied Telesis?

"Small R&D division, Allied Telesis had a very relaxed atmosphere where you knew everyone. Management at all levels was very approachable and genuinely interested in new ideas and suggestions."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask a lot of questions about their review process, advancement opportunities and documentation process and updating procedures. They will rely heavily on documentation and I found a lot of time was wasted obtaining up to date information."

What don't you like about working at Allied Telesis?

"There design documentation and relevant user guides lacked information and were often out of date."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Streamline the documentation and design process so that they work in tandem, there is too much seperation between those departments. Provide better incentives for employees. Allied Telesis has a no review process and does not give raises of any kind. If you look for other employment and thye find out and want to keep you only then do they offer incentives to stay."

"Discuss project requirements fully. Ask how much travel will be required. Find out the company position on outsourcing and intellectual property in international settings."

"The electronic timecard was slow. Sometimes charge numbers were not clearly stated."

"The vacation time is great. After 5 years, I get 4 weeks and another 12 holidays."

"Good-O-Boy system in Waco, TX is prevalent which can be good or bad determined by where you stand."
