"The culture of the organization promotes conflict amongst coworkers in that management does not hold people accountable for their actions. Also, regardless of your skill set coming into the organization, management feels the need for you to prove your experience and abilities. So if you're hired on as a high level staff member, don't be surprised to have to clean toilets. (Obviously, you won't be specifically cleaning toilets, but you should get the point.)"

"Complete reorganization since there is no respect for individuals. They need to re-evaluate their Vision and Mission statement since it doesn't apply to the culture of their organization."
