"If you enjoy being micro-managed, you've come to the right spot. This would be a great inside sales organization to join if you have little to no sales experience, as the comp for an entry level employee is good and you have the ability to move to multiple other verticals within the organization. Expect to be hand-held and have your creativity stifled. You'll likely be told you will have the ability to work from home, but I can assure you that if you are in the sales organization, this is false. Clock in, do your job and clock out (yes, although you are salaried, you actually punch a time clock)."

"Good place to elevate your knowledge from help desk to network admin. Fun."

What do you like about working at Veeam?

"They are very lax about how you get your work done. Granted, this is on the condition that you do your work and do it well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are interviewing for Customer Support, be yourself and make geek references. The interview process for customer support is more to get a feel for how you would fit in with your potential coworkers more so than your knowledge. There will be plenty of time to teach you once hired."

What don't you like about working at Veeam?

"There is no inter-departmental communication and very little itra-departmental communication. This makes it difficult to keep up to date on recent events that affect the company and its products."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to manage their people more so than the trouble tickets that the customers create."
