1.9Job is pointless throughout the company. Every division other than aviation is managed by someone who has existed in the company for a long period of time. The people in place accept the substandard conditions, tools, equipment, etc. Other companies throughout Saudi provide more attractive benefits and pay barring perhaps DynCorp. Company is unreliable as people are sent home over trivial miscommunication not impacting work requirements. As no one trusts the company to support them everyone is fearful of taking any risk and the company only exists creating nothing of benefit for its workforce other than a paycheck. If you want to work somewhere where no one trusts each other and no one has your back then this is your place.
4.6I began my career at Vinnell Arabia in 2011, since then I have obtained an upper management position as the Security Operations manager. The company overall is a great company with promotional opportunities. The senior management team has a great sense of business improvements and management.
