"Great company to work for, but it does have some shortcomings. It's a big company with small company problems. They hold people accountable to unchanging standards, even when the job requirements are changing, the tools are broken and the roll out of new programs are under developed. The workplace environment is one of the most warm and welcoming that I've ever worked at. If you don't mind a few small frustrations here and there, it's a great place to work at."
"I've worked for Vivint Smart Home since 2017. I had no experience in sales and the training program Vivint offered was incredible. The help and individual training you get from your managers made our selling force the best in the industry. I would recommend this job to anyone that is competitive and likes to earn money for their hard work.
