I worked on behalf of what's one of the largest call centers the company has, if not one of the largest in the nation (if I'm not mistaken), though I DID work from home for pretty much all of it due to the COVID-19 situation. As long as you're prepared to handle a large call volume at times, you'd do great to take this job."

They hold people accountable to unchanging standards, even when the job requirements are changing, the tools are broken and the roll out of new programs are under developed. The workplace environment is one of the most warm and welcoming that I've ever worked at. If you don't mind a few small frustrations here and there, it's a great place to work at."

The help and individual training you get from your managers made our selling force the best in the industry.
