"My interactions with my staff and our customers. Providing a high level of service, problem solving."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Despite what non-field managers say, this is not a 40hr/wk job. Which is OK, but they set unrealistic goals and expectatins regarding the time it will take to do the job. No one one in the field works 40 hrs."

What don't you like about working at VPSI?

"Severely understaffed. The company has refocused on growth initiatives, which is great but is lacking clear ideas and direction on how to meet the growth goals."

"Current;y the company is in transition and is struggling to maintain a clear path to their goals."
