They are still very startup and communication is very slow and trickles down, and by the time the information has trickled down someone has changed their mind. Their business practices are so-so. Aside from the company business perspectives which they were unable to hit - the culture and my co-workers were some of the best people I've ever met."

The only negative was the lack of true leadership from the C-Suite which led to massive layoffs and lots of negative press. But I loved every minute of it."

At times, we were finding out information about the company through the news and not through management. I found this to be extremely problematic as it showcased the lack of transparency and communication within the organization. At the same time, the job description for my position was changing, and it was not something I was interested in further pursuing."
