1The company takes way too long to hire and they are beyond unorganized. They have issues with outdated software for the computer testing you have to take. I literally had to do the same test over 200 times and spend over 40 hours doing it since they refused to fix their program. I had to bypass it by downgrading my computer. On top of that I was promised I would get more than 12 hours per week. It is now month 5. Not only did the supervisor give me a hard time during the past 5 months, I'm now getting harassed for not having the very specific shoe model and serial number. I have work boots already but it has to be their boots. The company cannot provide you with the proper gear yet they want you to spend 200 bucks on shoes. That doesn't make sense as well since the place you work at is so filthy and always smells like pee during a cold day. It smells like poop when it rains.
Anyway, tried to tell the supervisor that the shoes I have are boots and help with foot pain. Also told him my bills come 1st, especially since he has not honored his agreement of more hours. He tells me to stop the drama, get the shoes or don't come to work. Never had a supervisor tell me to not care about my bills before or speak to me in an unprofessional way. As I write this already looking for a new job. This is not a good company to work for. They lie way to much and waste your time. I'm not spending 200 bucks on shoes especially when the job site is so dirty. I was straight up with the supervisors about what I was looking for and what my goals are. They don't give a flying $%#@!. Don't say this review didn't warn you. You have been warned.
2.5The company tends to hire people who just want pocket change. They have a favortism brown nosing of people. They lie to higher ups all the time. If the people hiring them knew the truth of what really happens they would think twice. Whelan is hired for a low bid , they pocket the money and you are lucky if they can get your paycheck right. I know people who were not paid for out of town jobs called and then the company never checked and some got triple money, others nothing.
Not a good
1I'm not even sure if this company in California is real. I did a total of 4 hours of testing and interviews. The supervisor said he will call me back for a 5th interview. But instead of him calling, I'm now getting spam text messages that I never got before. My cell phone gets like 50 plus a day. Definitely makes me wonder what scam they are trying to do. The interview questions were somewhat strange as well. I got asked what do I do when I wake up, and what do I do on my off days. They wanted full details, which is odd. I never had a company ask me that.
