What do you like about working at WiTel?
"Location was the number one reason for me to be there. I needed to be in Tulas for personal reasons.I enjoyed the first two years at the company, I wrote several scripts in PERL, PHP, C, CGI, and used MySQL and SyBASE databases."
What don't you like about working at WiTel?
"The last two years changed and the upper management became micro-managers with unclear direction and non-since projects with no clear documentation."

What do you like about working at WiTel?
"At the time I joined Wiltel, it was still a small and aggressive company. Management was seeking to grow strategically, entering new market spaces. By that time I was already an experienced technologist and strategist and was able to work across many groups and developed considerable expertise in solutions and services market place."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I am not sure what is the current environment at that company, as the management is different. I would say that they could not changed much from the point of being people oriented. My advice is: be yourself, describe your experience and any new ideas that you have."
What don't you like about working at WiTel?
"I liked everything, people, culture, challenges, successes, how company treated people, etc."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management of that company worked very closely with middle management, and it was a pioneer in cross functional team development.Many other companies could learn from them. President of the company Roy Wilkins was one of the most astute business leaders."
