Word is spreading around town about your horrible non-compete contract and many talented engineers are staying as far away from you as possible because of it. I suggest you change it so its not so career limiting if an engineer decides to leave AOS.

3.2 Alexander Open Systems has been a great experience. The Alexander Family has been great to work with. They are very driven and motivated. I have no regrets for working for them. Compensation has been very good. Not Impressed with the North Central Region leadership or lack thereof.
