"Owner /senior management was very inconsistent and unable to stay with an agreed business plan for any length of time."

"Don't sign the non-compete unless you're ready to change careers when you leave AOS or are willing to shell out tens of thousands of dollars to buy your way out."

"The non-compete, the philosophy of upper management, the way employees that didn't have a last name Alexander were treated, and so on..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Word is spreading around town about your horrible non-compete contract and many talented engineers are staying as far away from you as possible because of it. I suggest you change it so its not so career limiting if an engineer decides to leave AOS."

"Kick it up a notch. Not like your sister Aquila, but certainly TECO and the Sourthern Company have shown innovation in products and services"
