2.3The product has much potential to be a major role player in the footprint; however, the management that came into play after conception destroyed the company. Several individuals (who shall not be named) made terrible business decisions which bottlenecked the company both financially and with respect to the field - they made the product less relevant. The board fixed the issue, however, it was too late, damage to the reputation of the product already took place.
Implementation of a new CRM/ERP which was a total disaster from a sales perspective crippled sales and the people trying to sell the product for months costing the company hundreds of thousands. One of these two individuals is inept, and his small-men syndrome drives him to make bad decisions on daily basis. His drive purely is to have stature, money and nothing he does is out of respect to others but rather of self-gratification. He implements rules and processes in a vacuum, and he had no clue what it takes to run a business. I would ask the board to consider cleaning up the house and do what should have been done months ago. Set this company back on track with someone that takes care of finances without crippling the business and notion that I am just better than anyone else attitude which theses two people bring to the table.
3.2FieldAware is a great product. It is a leader in its business segment, and our System Engineers are phenomenal. Working with their Marketing Team, and driving business through sales efforts, made it a truly enjoyable workplace for the Sales Team. Decision making at the highest level is very poor. They are not involved, and truly do not have a feel for the business, simply the bottom line. They do not promote from within, which hurts when seeking talented candidates. They also allow politics to guide decision making, not results.
