"What I liked about Commodity is that they train you in every department so there is opportunity and you you get promoted fast if youbare good.."

"Just that they like people who are positive and like who are team leaders and work well with others."

"What I disliked about commodity is that its a third party so there is no garantee when it gets slow you might get laid off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The suggestions I have for management is to see how hard the associates work and management sometimes overlook this. I know that management look at the bigger picture and how to save money. But you have to see with out the workers the company wont make money."
