"It was fun to work for a video game company. There was lots of travel to conventions and conferences. Large bonuses."

"I would offer that they should remain likable and neutral politically."

What don't you like about working at Sony Computer Entertainment?

"There were some empire building Directors that took focus away from getting the job done, if not well. It sullied our productivity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That's a tough question to answer as this is a very large company. I don't believe I have all the information necessary to make recommendations."
