Even you qualify for a better position the listed salary is not offer to employee who are already working for Jefferson. They tend to offer current employee only 15% increased."

I have found that it is a very friendly place for graduate students and postdocs, with good resources both for science and for social and career development. "Train cross functionally to remove the stagnant employees who get stuck in the same position for 20+ years doing jobs the exact same way with extreme inefficiencies. Eliminate the temp program of 600+ employees who are being abused, underpaid and ignored."
