"I have worked at Thomas Jefferson since 2017 the location of the university is great and the benefits provided is also great, however it is impossible to move up within the university. Even you qualify for a better position the listed salary is not offer to employee who are already working for Jefferson. They tend to offer current employee only 15% increased."

"Train cross functionally to remove the stagnant employees who get stuck in the same position for 20+ years doing jobs the exact same way with extreme inefficiencies. Eliminate the temp program of 600+ employees who are being abused, underpaid and ignored."
