During my employment, i have learned many things such as the importance of gaining your clients’ trust, having knowledge of the industry and the ability to always learn new things. This company has been a great company to work for. The reason for my looking for a new job is because I am looking to relocate to MD."

"Bny Mellon is a strong competitor in the investment banking space. My manager was really helpful in pushing my limits at work. Every employee strives to work hard in their own space while helping their co-workers. Bank is continuously trying to adapt as a technology company and will be in fin-tech space soon."

"BNY Mellon has lost it's way. The financial industry is in a panic and as a result the company has chose a path of continuing to layoff staff without really having a contingency plan on how work will get done. In addition, the CEO came in and made major changes which impacted employees without understanding the fall out. When things turned really bad he chose to leave a real mess."
"This is a company that is "safe." The growth attainable in this firm is based on politics, connections, and many years working there rather than from expertise and knowledge. The most recent organization shifts have lead to serious issues in the firm for all levels."
