"the company is very large and the IT structure was nery broad, Getting things done ojutside of my domain was sometimes very difficult. Trying to find all the right people and getting on their schedule was sometimes a daunting task."

"Consolidate and centralize some of the departments. It seems like there are a lot of people that have a very narrow niche to fulfill."

"I know very little about BNY Mellon. All these years I worked for the small line of businness that was part of various finantial institutions. Most recently we were sold to BNY Mellon."

"The compensation is lower then I expect with my experience"
